SERIES" HEAVY DUTY RESTAURANT RANGE
The
Southbend Heavy Duty 400 Series Rangeshave been designed to
fit into any and all locations where speed, versatility and capacity
are prime considerations. Super fast cast iron top burners give more
heat...saving fuel, saving time and speeding service while they also
provide a low constant temperature "holding".
All
Units have cast iron top grates, and a removable one-piece drip tray
is provided under burners to catch drippings. A rigid, single deck
back shelf is also included. Stainless Steel front, sides and shelf
are standard.
Standard
Oven Units have a big 26" wide x 26-1/2" deep oven with
cool handle. A low temperature oven thermostat is available from 150
F to 500 F. The automatic oven lighting is equipped with a safety
shutoff.
Convection
Oven Units are high efficiency units rated at only 25,000 BTU, with
cool handle and manual spark ignition. They have an exclusive door
seal of stainless steel mesh impregnated with silicone. A
revolutionary flue path design to minimize energy loss and improve
performance. Units are fully serviceable from the front. Interiors
have porcelain sides, tops, bottom and door linings.
